Jon M. Duncan

Jon was born and raised in Stirling, Alberta, a small farming community south of Lethbridge.  After graduating from the University of Victoria in December 2000, He articled in Prince George and began practicing law in Prince George in February 2002.

Jon has been married for 12 years and has 3 young children.

When not at work, his hobbies include fishing, woodworking and politics.  He is actively involved in both the community and his church.  He also teaches history and political science at the University of Northern British Columbia.

Jon is a member of the Prince George Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.

Jacqueline R. Reed

Jacqueline was born and raised in Vanderhoof, B.C. She attended and graduated from the University of Northern British Columbia with a Bachelor’s of Art (literature)(2004). Jacqueline was then accepted and attended the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law and graduated with her Juris Doctor in law (2008).

Jacqueline completed her articles in Smither’s, B.C., under the direction of a reputable sole practitioner. It is during this time that Jacqueline developed her passion for family law.

Jacqueline was called to the Bar of B.C. in October 2011. She began her career as a Crown Prosecutor with the Attorney General (‘A.G’). She then branched out with her own law corporation, practicing primarily family law files.

Jacqueline current focus is on family matters related to issues of divorce, guardianship of children, child support and spousal support, division of property and debt, among other legal issues common to the dissolution of a marital relationship.

In her spare time, Jacqueline dedicates the majority of her time to her two sons. As family, they enjoy travelling, hiking, a variety of sports and spending time together.

Mohammad M Hajivandi

I was born in Sacramento and grew up in Tehran and Toronto. I am licensed to practice in British Columbia and Ontario. My areas of interest are equitable remedies and the formation of trusts. I have been fortunate to serve Prince George since 2017.

David M. Duncan

David was born and raised in Stirling, Alberta. He studied Russian history, language and culture at the University of Victoria, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts with distinction. David has also lived in Estonia, Lithuania, Belarus, Russia and England. As a result of his university studies and his time abroad, he speaks, reads and writes in Russian.

After building custom homes for several years, David began working as a legal assistant and then later attended Law School at the University of Sussex, England, graduating with honours in June, 2015. He began his articles on December 15, 2016. David’s hobbies include all things Russian and traveling.

Daniel C. Gallant

Daniel was born in the Peace District. He spent much of his youth at Moberly Lake, Chetwynd and East Vancouver. Daniel settled roots in Prince George for nearly a decade prior to law school. He articled in Smithers, BC, and is now re-settling in Prince George.

Daniel is both a registered social worker and lawyer. His past training and experience as a counselor provide him with a unique approach to advocacy and working with clients.

In his spare time, Daniel can be found helping and advocating for community members, writing, riding motorcycles, hunting and fishing.

ASSOCIATE COUNSEL

Kanchan K. Dhahan

Kanchan  was  born  in  Vancouver,  BC.  She  spent  8  years of  her  childhood  in  her  ancestral  village  in Dhahan, Punjab,  India.  As  a  result,  she  can  fluently  read,  write, and  speak  Punjabi,  and  can  fluently speak  Hindi.

Kanchan  graduated  from  the  University  of  British Columbia  in  December  2010.  She  articled  and practised in  Langley,  BC  for  several  years  before moving  to  Prince George  in  2013  with  her husband.

In  her  free  time,  Kanchan  enjoys  regularly  going  to the  gym  and  for  runs  when  the weather  allows. She  also  likes  to  bake  and  cook  when  she  can!

Kanchan is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
