Jacqueline R Reed

Jacqueline was born and raised in Vanderhoof, B.C. She attended and graduated from the University of Northern British Columbia with a Bachelor’s of Art (literature)(2004). Jacqueline was then accepted and attended the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law and graduated with her Juris Doctor in law (2008).
Jacqueline completed her articles in Smither’s, B.C., under the direction of a reputable sole practitioner. It is during this time that Jacqueline developed her passion for family law.
Jacqueline was called to the Bar of B.C. in October 2011. She began her career as a Crown Prosecutor with the Attorney General (‘A.G’). She then branched out with her own law corporation, practicing primarily family law files.
Jacqueline current focus is on family matters related to issues of divorce, guardianship of children, child support and spousal support, division of property and debt, among other legal issues common to the dissolution of a marital relationship.
In her spare time, Jacqueline dedicates the majority of her time to her two sons. As family, they enjoy travelling, hiking, a variety of sports and spending time together.

Gary D. Whidden

Gary was born and raised in Vanderhoof, B.C.  He moved to Salem Oregon in 2011 with his wife and newborn son to attend law school. After graduation he moved to Prince George and completed his accreditation exams and articles at JMD.

 In his free time, Gary enjoys spending time with his wife, Allison, and three young children.  He also enjoys playing basketball, volleyball, and  going fishing.

David Duncan

David was born and raised in Stirling, Alberta. He studied Russian history, language and culture at the University of Victoria, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts with distinction. David has also lived in Estonia, Lithuania, Belarus, Russia and England. As a result of his university studies and his time abroad, he speaks, reads and writes in Russian.


After building custom homes for several years, David began working as a legal assistant and then later attended Law School at the University of Sussex, England, graduating with honours in June, 2015. He began his articles on December 15, 2016.

David’s hobbies include all things Russian and traveling.

Daniel C Gallant

Daniel was born in the Peace District. He spent much of his youth at Moberly Lake, Chetwynd and East Vancouver. Daniel settled roots in Prince George for nearly a decade prior to law school. He articled in Smithers, BC, and is now re-settling in Prince George.

Daniel is both a registered social worker and lawyer. His past training and experience as a counselor provide him with a unique approach to advocacy and working with clients.

In his spare time, Daniel can be found helping and advocating for community members, writing, riding motorcycles, hunting and fishing.
